loaves of bread taken to rise at different locations of water through the city of Glasgow before baking

​

these locations were the river clyde, the canal, the kelvingrove garden fountain, the kelvin river, the holy water of st aloysius' church and the north woodside swimming pool

​

the audience were invited to taste each loaf to test the difference in the environment on the outcome of the bread

this was set up alongside map like drawings
